The Corporate Security Agency is a newly formed federal body whose sole purpose is the elimination of rogue corporations. Where the government can't buy corp-tech, the CSA seizes it by force. When companies conduct illegal human-experimentation – that research (and its victims) are destroyed with deniable action.
The CSA exists to combat corporate threats to now-obsolete nationstates. Laws can't keep up with regulating rapid advancement, and AI enabled Zaibatsu-fronts shift code so fast the police can't compete. The Agency plays by corporate rules, and as long as they work for the law, no government will impede them.
